Grilled Flank Steak with Red Pepper Pesto

The pesto was the best part and can easily be used on other meats. The pine nuts adds some nice crunch and the roasted red peppers and balsamic vinegar provided a sweet contrast flavor. I chose to use a skillet instead of a grill for the steak because I think it sears the taste better onto the meat.
